To help reduce the number of patients who do not attend for their appointments, if you provide us with your mobile number, we will automatically send you a text 48 hours before your appointment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform Reception, as far in advance as possible, by calling into the Practice, telephoning or cancelling on line so that the appointment is available for another patient.
Patients who repeatedly fail to keep appointments or cancel them at short notice, may, if they persist after a written warning, be removed from the Practice list.
If surgeries or clinics have to be cancelled, our Receptionists will try to notify you as quickly as possible. We are unable to leave a message unless you’re answerphone clearly says your name for reasons of patient confidentiality. Please notify us if you change your telephone number.
Doctors & nurses endeavour to see patients on time, but if they are running seriously late for any reason or emergency, you will be informed. Delays of this kind are rare but unavoidable, and your patience is requested.
