Working party progress Reports
Patient Education and Newsletter: In order to speed up the authorisation process, Claire will look through the draft Newsletter and discuss any areas of concern with Dr. Huddart.
It was decided that we would produce a leaflet describing the many alternatives to having a face to face consultation with a Doctor. Action Meiros and Audrey P-W to liaise with Claire.
Topics to put in the next/future Newsletter: Future Questionnaires are to be sent to a random selection of patients who will be encouraged to return the completed forms. Before next Flu Clinics, ask patients to let Practice know if they do not wish to receive the injection and also to let Practice know if they have moved home. Change the process of joining KPG described at the bottom of the Newsletter to “hand in details to Reception”.
Recruitment: Fred Mountford observing.
Website and Internet Initiatives: Is it possible to reinstate the facility to book for blood tests on line? Action Meiros.
