Interactive Online Services (EMIS Access)

Once registered, patients can action the following via our Interactive Online Services (EMIS Access):

* Appointment booking.
* Repeat prescribing.
* Change of address.

In order to be able to use our Interactive Online Services you first have to be registered to do so. As part of the registration process you will be provided with the following information:

* Our Practice ID number.
* Your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
* Your Access ID number.
* Your NHS number.

You will need to enter the above details when you first access the Interactive Online Service. You will then be asked to confirm your name and date of birth, and will then be asked to provide a password. Please ensure that your password is memorable to you but not one that can be guessed by others. For all subsequent use of this service, you will be asked to enter your Access ID number and your password.
